Have always liked getting my suits from Slaters due to the tailoring they offer. I went in Friday lunch time looking for a dinner suit. I found one I liked where the jacket fitted perfectly but the trousers were excessively big. The tailor came over and took her measurements, the waist and seat needing 3” removed, another 2” would need to be removed from the inside of each leg along with shortening the length of the leg, effectively reconstructing the trousers. She said she wasn’t to busy and would get straight on it and the suit would be ready to collect in a couple of days. I then had a call a couple of hours later to say she had completed the tailoring. I went in the next day to try on the suit and collect, it was a perfect fit. She was quite rightly very pleased with her work, as was I. I highly recommend Slaters of Swansea

Lisa was fantastic, we came in looking for 3-3piece suits for a wedding & accessories and it couldn’t be more faultless if they tried! Little muddle up on the payment at the end but easily resolved

I needed my suit trousers resized and Gina the sewing machinist couldn’t help me enough! as soon as i stated my problem she helped me there then, she resized the waist and leg in about 5 minutes, the trousers now fit perfectly, she gave me excellent service from the moment i walked in to the moment i left, she is a credit to the store! thanks a ton Gina!

Visited the Swansea store today with my son to get him his first suit. Exceptional service. Very helpful but not over the top in your face pushy. The family have been using them for years and have always had great customer service.

First time visit to this branch in Swansea for hubby, always been Cardiff store. Help was on hand as in the Cardiff one so he was pleased. He got a good quality pair of trousers and jazzy pair of braces. One more happy customer 👍 …
